YOUrope

The project 'YOUrope - Immerse yourself in Europe's diverse cultures and working world', which is generously funded by the European Union and our school's Board of Trustees (Kuratorium der BHAK/BHAS Bregenz), provides Austrian students of the commercial college Bregenz with the opportunity to travel to Ireland or Spain, where they will be staying with a host family and will do an internship at different companies. Therefore, the participants will have the chance to use and expand their special knowledge and language competences in an authentic environment. What is more, we are confident that taking part in this project will increase their cultural awareness, will encourage them to cross borders for longer periods of time during their future studies or working life, boost their love for language learning and finally will help to make them curious and open-minded European citizens as well as highly qualified workers for both, the European and our local, export-oriented labour market.
